Sunseeker X7 Plus Keeps Running Out Of Batteries
Always makes it back with plenty of battery left. I do 60-90 minutes between zone schedules to allow plenty of charge time, depending on the size of the previous zone. I've got 7 zones and never had an issue.
Sunseeker X7 Plus Keeps Running Out Of Batteries
Prior to diagnosing the issue, it exhibited a similar problem where the unit would shut off from a dead battery. In many cases, it did so close to the dock likely because the batteries were rundown at that point
I had two X7 Plus units that required repairs each after about one mowing season

Moebot Acre Pro Sunseeker X7 Plus Support
Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone could provide guidance. I am having a lot of issues getting warranty support from the company RobotMyLife (robotmylife.com.au) that distributes Moebot Acre Pro (which is the equivalent of Sunseeker X7 Plus). I have tried calling- more than half the time it disconnects, and other times it is picked up by AI receptionist who 'escalates' the issues as top priority, but no progress is made. I have also tried emailing their support, as well as their sales team, due to lack of reply from the support email. It has now been about 3 weeks, with the latest email being "we will escalate your issue to the Tech Team" after providing them all warranty information etc. More recently, the website is presumably under upgrade, which makes contacting them even more difficult. Can anyone shed a light on how best to proceed?
