1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and LSEV USA Corp ("BettaScore," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the platform at www.bettascore.ai and all associated services.

By creating an account, clicking "Sign in," or otherwise accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BettaScore. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the platform. By using BettaScore, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Use of BettaScore is void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Your Account

To access most features, you must create an account. You may sign up using email authentication or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@moooov.us
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or security risk.

4. Description of Services

Info Aggregation

BettaScore aggregates publicly available product review content from third-party review platforms and community forums and may use AI-powered summarization to surface key product insights, ratings, evidence, and selling points. This feature helps users efficiently research emerging technology products and share their own opinions within the BettaScore community.

AI-generated summaries, product scores, ratings, and recommendations are produced automatically and may not be complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify information before making purchasing decisions.

Community Features

Users may post reviews, opinions, comments, feedback, or other content where those features are available. We may display this content to support product discovery and community discussion.

Account Features

Account features may include saved products, product history, preferences, evidence history, and other tools for tracking products across devices.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the platform as a whole at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use BettaScore to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our personnel
• Spam, scrape, or use automated bots to interact with the platform without our written permission
• Attempt to manipulate product ratings, evidence, accounts, or platform security
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you post on BettaScore ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BettaScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the BettaScore platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful or inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BettaScore platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, product scoring presentation, and platform functionality, are owned by LSEV USA Corp or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our platform or content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Content

Our info aggregation features may display content sourced from third-party websites, marketplaces, review platforms, community forums, media platforms, product pages, and other external sources. This content belongs to its respective owners. BettaScore does not endorse, guarantee the accuracy of, or take responsibility for any third-party content displayed on our platform. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or accurate. Product summaries, ratings, scores, and recommendations provided through our aggregation features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional purchasing, financial, medical, legal, or safety advice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LSEV USA Corp and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@moooov.us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, our systems, or the platform.

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections concerning user content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@moooov.us. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in the State of Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of BettaScore after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
