LSEV USA Corp ("BettaScore," "we," "our," or "us") is a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. We operate the platform available at www.bettascore.ai, which includes product information aggregation, community features, product discovery, evidence summaries, ratings, and saved-product account tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration details, including display name and email address
• Profile information and preferences you choose to add
• Saved products, product interests, reviews, comments, feedback, or opinions you share
• Communications, support requests, or other messages you send us

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Device information, such as device type, operating system, and browser settings
• Usage data, such as searches, product pages viewed, saved-product activity, and features used
• Cookies, local storage, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies

Information from Third-Party Services

When you connect via Google Sign-In, we receive limited profile data as described in Section 3.

2a. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixel tags, to operate and improve BettaScore. Specifically, we use:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required to keep you logged in and maintain your session. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember preferences such as language, display settings, theme, saved products, and product return context.
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the platform, such as pages visited and features used, so we can improve performance and user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect certain platform functionality. Where required by law, such as for EEA users, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

3. Google User Data

BettaScore uses Google OAuth 2.0 solely to allow you to create and log into your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store the following data from your Google account:

• Name: to display as your profile name
• Profile picture: to display on your account when available
• Email address: to identify your account and send service-related communications

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
• Operate product information aggregation, evidence summaries, ratings, and saved-product features
• Personalize your experience and remember your preferences
• Send transactional emails, such as account verification and important service updates
• Monitor and improve the security, integrity, and performance of our services
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Respond to your support requests

We will not use your data for purposes materially different from those listed above without obtaining your explicit consent where required.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors to help operate our platform, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and infrastructure operations. These providers process your data only on our instructions and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect user safety.

Business Transfers

If BettaScore is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes if you give us explicit consent.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to any third party for advertising purposes or for purposes other than those described above.

6. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including:

• Encryption in transit through TLS/HTTPS for data exchanged between your device and our servers
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data stored in our databases
• Access controls ensuring only authorized personnel can access personal data
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Secure OAuth 2.0 token handling - we never store your Google account password

No system is perfectly secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention & Deletion

• Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account plus up to 30 days after deletion.
• Google profile data: retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Usage and activity logs: retained for up to 12 months for security and debugging, then automatically purged or de-identified.
• Legal hold: data may be retained longer if required by applicable law or ongoing legal proceedings.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing info@moooov.us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request erasure of your personal data
• Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection / Restriction: object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw Consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

Residents of California under the CCPA, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom under GDPR/UK GDPR may have additional rights. EEA and UK residents may also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@moooov.us. We will respond within 30 days. BettaScore does not currently maintain a designated EU representative under GDPR Article 27. If our user base expands to include EEA residents on an ongoing basis, we will appoint an EU representative and update this policy accordingly.

9. Children's Privacy

BettaScore is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact info@moooov.us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
