Privacy Policy
LSEV USA Corp ("BettaScore," "we," "us," or "our") operates BettaScore at www.bettascore.ai. BettaScore is a product review aggregation and discovery platform and does not currently offer ordering, payment, or delivery services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you access or use BettaScore.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide when you create an account, sign in, or use our features, including your display name, email address, account credentials, product queries, product links, brand information, saved or favorited products, and access or quota requests. If you sign in through a third-party provider, we may receive basic account information that the provider makes available to us.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use BettaScore, we may automatically collect device and browser information, network identifiers, access logs, page views, and information about how you interact with our features. We use this information primarily to secure the service, prevent abuse, administer usage limits, troubleshoot issues, and improve BettaScore.
Information We Do Not Currently Process
Because BettaScore is not currently an e-commerce platform, we do not process order, payment, or delivery information through the service.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve BettaScore; create, authenticate, and protect accounts; process product searches, verification requests, and saved items; send transactional communications such as account verification and password-reset messages; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; analyze and troubleshoot the service; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our applicable terms and policies.
We do not use personal information for third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.
AI and Product Search Features
To provide product search, verification, and AI-assisted features, product queries and related product information that you submit may be processed by third-party search and artificial intelligence service providers. Please do not include personal information or sensitive information that is unrelated to the product query.
AI-generated or AI-assisted product content may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently verify relevant product information before making a purchase or other decision.
Disclosure and International Processing
We may disclose personal information to service providers that support BettaScore, including providers of website hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, security and human-verification services, third-party sign-in, search, and artificial intelligence services. We limit these disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the applicable service.
We may also disclose information as required by law or legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and security of BettaScore, our users, or others; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries or jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the processing. BettaScore may link to third-party websites or product pages, whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to applicable legal, technical, and operational requirements.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system or method of transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may update certain account information through your account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy or export of your personal information. We may verify your identity before processing a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law, including for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
Depending on where you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will evaluate and respond to eligible requests as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
BettaScore is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy and Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, by email, or by other reasonable means.
