Just now I got another notification saying positioning failed, despite it cleaning before that.
I've cleaned but haven't removed to inspect further since it's quite a tedious task.
out of nowhere my Roborock decided to get stuck on nothing and also became unable to navigate properly.
Today I tore it apart (minus the wheels) and cleaned the heck out of it.
It still throws error 8 and doesn't move much more than a couple of meters away from where I started it manually.
they offered to verify it for me if I lived in the States (which I don't).
customer service is blocking me despite the fact that the legal warranty would theoretically be on my side
Most likely there's hair or something else tangled in the engine.
