    Hi i have total 4 units in friends and family (oldest is one year old) 1.No issues with navigation (i don't have any carpets) 2.Great with vacuum 3.Mopping is avg but at this price point it worth it 4.Only issue you ll face is when you try to take off mop once in while from mopping plate the velcro strip adhesive might get pealed off so be careful (can be fixed at home) 5. Yes support exists but don't expact too much If anyone have question do ask me

    The Robo Rock has a very conventional brush roll. It's made of rubber and it has bristles and you can see it tends to get a lot of pet hair tangled up in it. The Narwhal has this interesting conicle design and it's only connected at this end. And we've been doing the same vacuuming on the same carpets and it has virtually no hair.

    Yes it does get stuck occasionally. Either under the bed or it will roll up the edge of a carpet when it goes over it and then it can’t push it back down.
