I have purchased a new Mova e40 Ultra and am having problems with it. It replaced my old roborock S6. The main problem is that it cannot navigate under our dining chairs. My roborock had no problem and never got stuck under the chairs. Both vacuums are the same size but the navigation is better in roborock even though it's 3-4 years old. I have to move all the chairs away from the dining room table before the Mova will make a complete vacuum. The Mova looks like it's very confused when driving over carpet to wooden floors. It can run in the same area until it gives up and never finishes the assigned job. It returns to the dock and only "vacuums" where it gets stuck. It just drops the rest of the area. If I could return it, I would.
