I Bought A Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus

I bought a Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus and it arrived today. I charged it up, then plugged in my shop vac and a toaster, and both worked perfectly, just like they were plugged into a wall outlet. I have a much smaller unit from a different brand that I've used several times since buying it in 2022 when the power has gone out. That smaller unit ran my gas furnace, refrigerator, basic lights, and computers. This larger one has three times the capacity and charges much faster—the small unit takes about 6 to 7 hours to recharge, while this new one takes about 2 and a half hours. I'm planning to look into buying four solar panels to keep it charged and use it to power my tower, two Mac Minis, and associated network hardware, separate from the grid. I plugged all of those into the smaller unit and was surprised they only used around 125 watts total, and four solar panels should produce enough output to cover that. The two units together will be plenty for power outages—one can have the furnace plugged into it, and the other can power the rest. So the next thing is finding the panels, but I'm not having much luck. A bunch of sites had a 10 or 20 panel minimum or required a full pallet, and Missouri Wind and Solar had some panels that came in and sold out right away.
