Why Is The Eufy 11s Max So Highly Rated
it repeatedly cleaned in random directions in my bedroom (until the battery died) and could not figure out how to LEAVE the bedroom so it missed the entire rest of my upstairs.
Eufy 11s Max Noise Roller Brush
My Eufy 11s Max is making an awful noise that I think is related to the roller brush. I can tell if it's the motor going out, the brush being the wrong distance off the floor, or something totally different. The noise mostly occurs on hard wood (as opposed to carpet). I've tried removing the brush which meant no noise and replacing the brush which didn't help. The device is about 1.5 years old and receives regular cleaning, changing of filter/brushes, etc. Any ideas on what's going on would be much appreciated!

it has ZERO navigation - bumping against walls and furniture is how it knows to turn around and go another direction.

Since they don't build a map and don't know where they already cleaned, most likely such robots will skip some rooms/spots while repeatedly cleaning other rooms.
