easily removing tough stains like syrup in one pass

The reviewer from RobomateTV praises the Deebot T9+ for its fast, efficient LiDAR navigation and powerful 3000Pa suction, noting it cleaned a test room faster than other robots. They highlight the oscillating mop as a standout feature, easily removing tough stains like syrup in one pass. The object detection (TrueDetect 3D) is described as a great improvement, though not 100% perfect, as it sometimes avoided phantom objects or missed cables. They conclude it's a fantastic robot with excellent cleaning performance and a great app, but recommend still picking up cables before use.

the 3D house mapping feature feels rudimentary and needs improvement

they dislike the disposable mopping pads

the redesigned app for ease of use

the T9+ had some navigation inefficiencies

Overall, he thinks the auto-empty station is a must-have

it is not very user friendly to get that implemented.

sometimes I find it's only cleaned or that is it's only mopped half of my house and the water in the reservoir finishes up so I'll have to refill that if that happens

In vacuuming tests, the T9+ performed well on carpet

the reviewer finds the Ecovacs Deebot T9+ has the weakest mopping performance

mainly due to its thinner disposable mopping pads

praising its powerful vacuuming

it's best for smaller messes while larger spills still require manual cleaning

intuitive app with accurate mapping

the auto-empty station can be finicky with caked-on debris

intuitive app with accurate mapping

in terms of actual use both devices can clean very well

In a comparison between the Ecovacs Deebot T9 and Roborock S7, the reviewer found the T9's 3000Pa suction and dual side brushes gave it a larger cleaning area and better debris pickup. The T9's oscillating mop was superior, cleaning juice spills in one pass versus the S7's three to four passes. For obstacle avoidance, the T9's TrueDetect 3D could recognize and avoid smaller objects below 3cm, while the S7 ignored them. The reviewer recommends the T9 for those with high expectations, large spaces, and lots of floor objects.
