it consistently skips several random areas while vacuuming.

it only cleans a random area and then marks the job as "completed" like nothing's wrong.
It can't auto empty into the base, just gives a message that it's not properly connected to the station, even tho app tells me it's docked and charges just fine.

The problem got fixed by logging into the app with a VPN and doing a factory reset on the vacuum
