Supports are nearly impossible to remove cleanly.
Prints are way too stuck to the glass bed.

I often have to sand down the surface because supports are basically part of the model.
Once a print finishes, it's nearly impossible to remove until the glass bed cools down to room temperature
Much better than I ever got on my Ender 3, except for the bridging and a bit of what looks like ringing on the right side of the print.

It's too fast for your hot end. Try slowing down or increasing the temperature.
