For the past few nights my Sense Pro has been failing to download the firmware update

From the brief glimpse it gets in videos, it looks really thick.
Schlage Sense Pro Arrived Installed And Working
Install was 5mins or so. Replaced existing Schlage dumb lock. Pairing/setup in HomeKit with Thread was painless once I actually read the directions and figured out where the blue pairing button was.
Walk up hands free unlock with UWB working well so far, already good comments from family. Kinda feels like magic. No one’s been locked out or confused.
Lock looks nice.
Schlage Sense Pro Much Disappointment
I had to factory reset the lock, then I was able to add it.
UWB seemed to work great the first half dozen times my wife and I tried it. Then it was delayed by several seconds, then sometimes it just wouldn't work at all.... then it would go back to working.
The lock would just never finish joining the thread network.
Had to add an Aqara door sensor and put automations in to handle things like notification of the door being open and locking the door automatically if it was closed but not locked.

The UWB works great. Ran several tests and it was flawless for both my partner and me.
After getting it all dialed in on the Apple Home side I added it to Home Assistant via Matter.
Unable to add accessory. Pairing failed.

My biggest issue being no backup key in case the electronics fail.
I'd never risk not being able to unlock it if the battery died for whatever reason
