extended side brush reach and mop extension for better corner and edge cleaning. It will not be perfect, but it's much better than having no edge tools at all.

Very Impressed With The Hair Management Of

  • Vacuuming & Carpets0 pts

I spent way too much time reading reviews, watching videos, and agonizing with choice paralysis for a robot vacuum that does well with long, human hair. I hated fighting with my older robot vacuums, having to manually cut the hair off the roller and side brush very frequently. I was skeptical when I got the Roborock Qrevo Edge S5A. I've been running it every day for about two weeks, and so far I have had to manually remove hair zero times. It is definitely getting the hair up off the floor, but the side brush and rollers don't have a bit of hair wrapped around them. Not having to constantly fight with this has been a nice change. There are a few minor issues, like not being good at recognizing small objects or cords, but I just make sure everything is picked up before running it. That is a trade-off I consciously made to avoid having a camera in it. It also sometimes doesn't get as close to an edge as I think it should, especially for toe kicks in the kitchen, but overall I am super happy with the vacuuming and mopping of this thing, especially for the money.

The Edge, the white one has 18,500 pascals of suction. The Edge S5A has 17,000 Pascals, so a little bit less, but I could hardly tell a difference.

That is from the mopping feature, which is very nice to have. As you can see, I have like more of a vinyl floor. If you marble floors, it works very well on that.

And then it will dry it up afterwards so you're not having it be very smelly.
