Maybe it's just user error and I need to toy around with the newer RevoScan versions
some patience, practice, and trial and error will hopefully get you good results if you're scanning smaller objects.

The Mini 2 has produced amazing textures. The textures look very similar to the actual. I've been very impressed by its ability to capture fine details with paper-thin valves imaged OK.
As the heart on the inside is obviously darker and lighting it can be tricky
The results have been great. It takes a while to get used to everything and ensure good ambient lighting conditions.
