I have seen an improvement here. My workouts are very important to me and I want to know that if I'm working out and I'm wearing a tracker, that it's going to be tracking as accurately as possible.

I haven't exactly gone easy on it. I've taken it hiking, rock climbing, ziplining, kayaking, and dragged it across different textured dumbbells at the gym. The fact that I have to shine a light on it just to find a scratch is impressive.

The Oura Ring 5 is obviously not going to match a heart rate strap in terms of accuracy.

my expectation is honestly that the sleep stage tracking, sleep heart rate, sleep heart rate variability will be probably similar to the Ring 5, which is really good

The Oura Ring 5 promises up to 1 week of battery life, which is solid for a small wearable

you can't use the same ring charger. And then if you now you have different rings, you need two chargers for both rings.
