Fellow Escooter riders, I've seen a few questions and "should I buy" posts about the Navee ST3 Pro. Well I recently got the ST3 Pro and I have been testing it and I just got back from a ride through my city's bike trail that leads to a lake. Well what can I say, this scooter surprised me as I have owned other Navee scooters and this one just blows the others out of the water! I'll break it down below into parts that all escooter buyers have questions about: Build Quality: the build quality on this scooter is pretty solid for its price. The scooter does not have any creaks or clunks, even while going off the trail into the grass/dirt. Power/Speed: This scooter uses a single motor 1350W rear motor, and has enough power to get through hills that a person may encounter commuting through the city. It doesn't have an issue reaching its advertised speed of 25mph (also has a setting to change the acceleration for the sport mode setting). Brakes: The brakes on this thing are pretty good and safe (I would say a bit too safe!) It has a tri-braking system that basically makes it super easy to stop the scooter. It has a rear disc brake, front drum brake, and regenerative braking (which you can adjust the strength within the Navee App). Suspension: The suspension on the ST3 Pro is pretty good, as it features the "dual dampening arm" suspension similar to my older model Navee S65 I own. If you've seen videos on the S65 in the past you would know the suspension on that was pretty good too but the one on the ST3 Pro I would say is an updated better version of the "dual dampening arm" suspension. It does good over bumps, you can still feel them as you would with any 10 inch wheel scooter but it's definitely good with the suspension for this price point. The suspension does not clunk while going over the bumps or slight raises on the trail. The suspension isn't built for offroading but I did take it off the trail and for it not being an off-road scooter it was pretty manageable with the suspension taking it all. Range: As I mentioned earlier I took it through a trail that leads to a lake. In order for me to get on the trail I need to take 1 small street and 1 main road - in which I needed to get up to the 25mph top speed in order to not be in the way of cars or at least try! Once I got on the trail I kept it on cruise control at speeds of 14-18 mph as today it was pretty busy out on the trail. The distance from my house to the lake is about 4.4 miles, and the trails going around the lake are at least 8-9 miles depending on which one you take. I took the somewhat shorter one, then headed home after completing the lap. Overall I rode a total of 16.4 miles from my house to around the lake and back home. When I got home I checked the battery and estimated mileage left on the scooter and it had 14 miles/29% battery. Overall I would say that this scooter would easily get about 30 miles on 1 charge. For reference I am a pretty heavy guy, I weigh 230lbs. Overall: I would say that this scooter is pretty great, and anyone else would be able to hit 30 miles on 1 charge, possibly even further depending on weight. (And as always with all scooters, more aggressive riding equals less range) I would personally recommend this scooter to anyone that wants to ride around the city for fun or as a stress reliever from work, and you don't care for having a 60 mph scooter! Cruising on it is definitely very very comfortable!
