    I just received a brand new Q1 Max, after deciding that I didn't want to burn my apartment down with my old NuPhy Air 75. The Keychron feels fantastic. I love everything about it, except... I am having major issues while connected via Bluetooth. I'm getting the following: Missed keystrokes after just a few seconds of inactivity ("Okay, I guess I can live with this"), occasional double strokes ("I mean, it's better than my apartment catching on fire"), and complete loss of connection in the middle of typing ("Yeah, that's a dealbreaker"). I am connected to a MacBook Pro running macOS 15.2. FWIW, I never had Bluetooth issues with the NuPhy. I'd have to "wake it up" after prolonged inactivity, but that was the extent of it. Is this a known issue? Or does this sound like a defective keyboard?
