I do mistype on it because the keys are light, but I'd still stick with the K5.
The biggest downside was the backlighting, which was the worst of the three since the keycaps aren't shine-through.

Typing on this is a breath of fresh air and I no longer dread typing but in fact look forward to it.
My Thoughts On The Keychron K5 Max
The full-size layout on the K5 Max gives me more breathing room, and I've noticed fewer errors since switching.
The keyboard is much quieter, which is a big plus.
Connectivity is excellent with support for 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and wired, and I've been bouncing between devices without issues.

Yes, this is a known problem. Here's an example for the K5 Max, specifically the soldered-in switch version. It failed after about three weeks of use.
