if I leave the keyboard sitting idle for about two minutes, the first key press doesn't register at all (sometimes it even skips the first five to ten characters before it starts typing normally). Even during active use, it will occasionally just stop typing mid-sentence.
I'm using the 2.4GHz USB dongle hoping for a more stable connection, but the problem persists.

Just don't buy directly from Keychron because their customer support is terrible.

I currently have a K10 Max (Banana) and it's been a solid workhorse so far—for a plastic board it's very sturdy, you'd be surprised how heavy it is. Plus you get a full set of PBT keycaps (best for durability) and tri-mode connectivity (wired, receiver, or 3 Bluetooth hosts). All functions can be customized with the web driver (VIA/Launcher), no weird programs needed. Only notes I have: - Launcher only works when the keyboard is plugged in directly (doesn't work over Bluetooth or receiver) - The tray mount produces a fairly audible signature compared to gaskets (due to less sound dampening) So if you don't mind a fairly audible typing soundtrack but want solid build and everything else, for the price range it's a no-brainer.

The backlights just flash on and off if I leave the cable plugged in. I plugged the cable in and almost immediately pulled it out, and Bluetooth worked for about a minute before it died. So random.
