You can get a replacement ribbon cable. Flsun or other aliexpress stores should have them.

However, the extruder motor never rotates, so no filament is extruded.
Support later told me the shipment had been arranged, but I never received the parts or any tracking information.

Lately I've been getting sudden dips in the hotend temperature (20°C to 50°C below the extrusion temperature). Each dip lasts under a second, but that's enough to cancel the print.
