My ring counts many more steps than I really take. For example, I now have 2050 calculated steps with my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and almost 6000 with the R09.
How accurately, no clue, but the measurements seem consistent and not wildly off.
Build-quality-wise it seems well made. It has a stainless steel casing that's pretty tough.
The app is basic but can be used without registering.
The ring is already starting to mess up
Quality control probably isn't great on such cheap rings.

QRing doesn't allow me to do that.
unless the ring is tight enough it rotates on the finger fairly easily, hence probably skewing the measurements a bit.
I also noticed that about a week ago my heart rate has been consistently 42bpm.

I wouldn't call this a very accurate ring, but again it's pretty impressive for $22.
The QRing app seems to be getting better, and I hope that continues.
