Hi everyone, I've just received my brand-new Ascaso Steel Duo PID. I'm thrilled and quite pleased overall. However, I've spotted two problems with a new machine that give me pause: 1. The steam knob on the right is noticeably loose and wobbly. It's either fitted at an angle on the shaft or the shaft itself isn't straight. It still steams fine, so it's likely a finishing defect rather than a mechanical one. 2. On either side of the display are menu push buttons. The right one is perfect—snappy and responsive. The left one, though, feels loose and lacks a distinct click. It operates, but for the premium price, this seems subpar in build quality. Are these known problems? Does anyone else have comparable concerns?
