I have 2 M5C and a normal M5 and all three have been extremely reliable in my experience.

Slowing down the print. Speeding up the print – this particular print ran at 100% for the first half and then 75% for the second half.
I'm honestly ready to throw this machine out a window because every 6–8 months I'm repairing it, and I don't print enough for it to be normal wear and tear. It'll print fine one day, and the next day I'm troubleshooting the whole unit again.
