The tap and hold functions are unreliable
Would mostly agree other than the hardware being reliable. I get one screen showing one thing with the other either off or showing another on a daily basis.

I'll add my 2 cents after receiving mine a few days ago. Things they need to work on: 1. touch pad area needs to be bigger/better placed so it's easier to swipe. As an ex-designer, I recommend the following: with the limited resolution/shades of green, show only arrows/distance and street names for regular eye level walking. A tap will change it to map mode for quick checks. There is no need to have a mini map show while walking as it's too small and lack any meaningful details. There are MANY enhancements that can be made to further improve the experience. But I think something like what I described may be a better starting point than what's available now. 3. Quicknotes sync with other services and/or at the very least add exporting for multiple items. I don't use quicknotes because it's way too cumbersome at the moment. Things I like: 1. They are the perfect digital detox device for me. I don't need to take out my phone to check every notification anymore. This alone makes it worth the cost as it frees up more time for me to do other things. 2. Simplicity. I do not need it to do a million things. For now, notifications work \~8/10 times which is OK for how early it is. I am getting the OG pebble watch vibes with this and it's brilliant.
