    However I cannot change any settings using the soft touch panel or the remote. It occasionally works for 20-30 minutes and then just stops responding.

    I am now told that I need to remove and check circuit board and that it might need to be replaced. Not excited about this as I feel a 2 year lifespan is extremely subpar performance wise for such a significant defect.

    Not even sure how much the circuit board will\might cost and in addition SP says it only "might" be the problem. Not very specific or reassuring.
